The Holy Qur’an is the word of Allah (SWT) which was revealed on the heart of Rasulullah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam).  It was the heart of Rasulullah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) that accepted the pressure otherwise mountains couldn’t bear the pressure of the Qur’an. Allah Ta’ala says in the Holy Quran: “Had We sent down this Qur´an on a mountain, verily, thou wouldst have seen it humble itself and cleave asunder for fear of Allah. Such are the similitudes which We propound to men, that they may reflect”.

The Qur’an is the book which addresses the apparent needs of mankind and it addresses the spiritual needs of the mankind as well.  The Qur’an will protect its followers on judgment day. The following Hadith beautifully explains the rewards related to the Qur’an:

“Hazrat Mu’aaz Juhani (Radhiy Allaho Anho) reports that Rasulullah Muhammad (Sallallaho Alaihi WA sallam) said. “Whoever reads the Qur’an and acts upon what is contained in it, his parents will be made to wear a crown on the Day of Judgment, the brilliance of which will excel that of the sun, if the same were within your worldly houses. So, what do you think about the person who himself acts upon it?”

Another beautiful Hadith talks about the Glory of Qur’an: “Uqbah Ibn ‘Aamir (Radhiy Allaho Anho) narrated that Rasulullah (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) said, “If the Qur’an is placed in a skin and then put in the fire, it will not get burnt.” May Allah Ta’ala have mercy on all of us.

Al-Araf [7:2] A book revealed unto thee― so let thy heart be oppressed no more by any difficulty on that account that with it thou mightest warn (the erring) and teach the Believers.

This verse intimates us that Allah Almighty has blessed us with a book that helps humans get away from any kind of difficulty and strengthens our hearts against any kind of difficulty. This book, of course, is no other than Holy Quran, a document containing the final message from Allah Almighty to guide humanity on the right path till The Day of Judgment.

This also indicates that if we want any kind of help and strength, we should resort to the that book, and what else could serve us better in this regard, other than Quran recitation. Recitation of Quran is such a honored act that it connects human beings directly with Allah Almighty, helping them seek guidance and mercy from The Mightiest.

“Be sure we will test you with something of fear and hunger, some loss in goods or lives, but give glad tidings to those who are steadfast, who say when afflicted with calamity: To Allah we belong and to him is our return. They are those on who (DESCEND) blessings from Allah and mercy and they are the ones that receive guidance.”

Surah Al-Baqarah [2:155]

The verse quoted above tells us that to segregate true believers from non-believers, Allah Almighty has chosen to test humans with different types of harsh situations, but He has also descended upon them His mercy and guidance, and the ones seeking those blessings will get true guidance.

Therefore, the honored act of quran recitation should be a part of our daily lives, so that we might be able to seek accord of The Mightiest and get strength against any hardships and difficulties.

Knowing how to read and recite Quran is essential for all Muslims. This is important because Quran is a complete and the most authentic source of guidance for Muslims. Quran forms an important part of the life of all Muslims as it provides direction and help for all important matters of life.

It is for this reason that Muslim parents start encouraging their children to gain Islamic knowledge and learn how to read Quran from an early age. For this reason, most parents register their children with online Quran schools to facilitate Quran learning for their children. These schools offer basic learning of Quran to these children along with memorization of Quran and learning Quran with Tajweed rules.

However, most Muslims know how to read and recite Quran but they are unaware of what the Quranic verses mean because they cannot understand the language. “Do they not then think deeply in the Qur’aan (Quran / Koran), or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?”

This hadith clearly depicts the importance and significance of understanding the teachings of the Holy book. Therefore, it will be very rewarding for you if you take some time out to understand Quran teachings.

Muslim marriage is the great blessing from Allah Almighty that is also the Sunnah of our beloved prophet Muhammad (pbuh). • “A group of three men came to the houses of the wives of the Prophet asking how the Prophet worshipped (Allah), and when they were informed about that, they considered their worship insufficient and said, “Where we are from the Prophet as his past and future sins have been forgiven.” Then one of them said, “I will present the prayer all through the night perpetually.” The other said, “I will fast all through the year and will not break my fast.” The third said, “I will keep away from the women and will not marry forever.” Muhammad (pbuh) came to them and said, “Are you the same people who said so-and-so? By Allah, I am more obedient to Allah and more frightened of Him than you; yet I fast and break my fast, I do sleep and I also marry women. So he who does not follow my custom in religion, is not from my followers.” narrated by Anas bin Maalik:
• Top of Form`O young people! Whoever among you can support a wife should marry, for that is more modest for the gaze and safer for your private parts.’ Said by Muhammad (pbuh).
• “Nikah (marriage) is my Sunna. He who spurns my Sunna is not of me. “said by prophet (pbuh).
• “A man marries a woman for four causes: for her property, for her position, for her beauty, and for her religion (and character). So marry the one who is best in the religion and character and prosper”. (Bukhari and Muslim)
• “When a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion, so let him fear Allah as regards the remaining half.”
• `The most awful among you are your bachelors.
• “The whole world is pleasure, and the best pleasure of the world is the righteous woman.”

Zakat is one of the most important pillars of Islam that helps to purify our wealth every year by giving the right part of wealth to the needy and poor people. Allah Almighty categorized the eligible persons of Zakat. • The poor is eligible to receive the amount of Zakat to fulfill his needs, the amount could be in the form of drinks, foods, housing, clothing or in term of cash.
• The needy or called Miskeen who have more or less poverty then a poor man in all matters. Prophet (p.b.u.h) said that “The Miskeen is not the one who goes around among the people (begging) maybe receiving a crumb or two, and a date or two. Rather, the Miskeen is the one who does not have enough wealth to be enough him, however he does not let others know about it in order to be given donations and he does not stand and request people.” (Al-Bukhari)
• The slaves or the new Muslims those don’t have sufficient wealth to satisfied their needs.
• We can give Zakat to non-Muslims that they may convert to Islam.
• To the person who can’t pay off the debt.
• You can give the Zakat to the wayfarer who spent all the money in travel even if he is rich man in his town.
• If you failed to find such kind of persons then give Zakat in the way of Allah.

All in all, pay it with the intention of paying due Zakat that is compulsory to pay. Online Quran also teach us that we should also prepare our goal to pay it solely for the sake of Allah with the honest intention as it is a state for the acceptance of every act or worship.
