The Life Of Muslims After The Loss Of Muhammad (Pbuh)

Muhammad (pbuh) was the last prophet sent by Allah on this earth for the guidance of mankind, but when he died, it was an unrecoverable loss to the Muslims. At that time Hazrat Abu Bakar (R.A) addressed to all Muslims: “You will die and they will die, and Muhammad is but a Messenger of a guarantee, all Messengers before him have been expired. If then, he die or be murdered, will you rotate back on your heels? Whosoever worships Muhammad (pbuh), let him then know that Muhammad in fact is dead; but whoso worshipped Allah (SWT), let him know that Allah lives and does not die.”

Without the leadership, the Muslim community felt that they can’t move on with the torch of Islam without any guide, thus after the death of Muhammad (pbuh), Hazrat Umer and Abu Bakar were selected as the leaders to torch the light of Islam. They helped people in every step of life and provided the true guidance to strengthen the faith on Allah and finally they completed the foundation of Islamic Territory.

After the loss of Muhammad (pbuh), Hazrat Abu Bakar was the first caliph of Islam and faced many difficulties throughout his headship especially, when war broke out between numerous tribes. After the death of Abu Bakar, Umer became the second caliph of Islam as a strong leader with both military and political capabilities. Both these caliphs built the political structure to strengthen the grip of Islam with the tolerance because they followed holy Quran to cheer other non-believers to hold Islam as their Deen.

Muslim Marriage quotations

Muslim marriage is the great blessing from Allah Almighty that is also the Sunnah of our beloved prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Today we will share some of the marriage quotations that we have picked up through Quran Recitation and form Hadith of Muhammad (pbuh). It will definitely be interesting for common people but will be valuable more for Muslim visitors on this page.

  • “A group of three men came to the houses of the wives of the Prophet asking how the Prophet worshipped (Allah), and when they were informed about that, they considered their worship insufficient and said, “Where we are from the Prophet as his past and future sins have been forgiven.” Then one of them said, “I will present the prayer all through the night perpetually.” The other said, “I will fast all through the year and will not break my fast.” The third said, “I will keep away from the women and will not marry forever.” Muhammad (pbuh) came to them and said, “Are you the same people who said so-and-so? By Allah, I am more obedient to Allah and more frightened of Him than you; yet I fast and break my fast, I do sleep and I also marry women. So he who does not follow my custom in religion, is not from my followers.” narrated by Anas bin Maalik:
  • Top of Form`O young people! Whoever among you can support a wife should marry, for that is more modest for the gaze and safer for your private parts.’ Said by Muhammad (pbuh).
  • “Nikah (marriage) is my Sunna. He who spurns my Sunna is not of me. “said by prophet (pbuh).
  • “A man marries a woman for four causes: for her property, for her position, for her beauty, and for her religion (and character). So marry the one who is best in the religion and character and prosper”. (Bukhari and Muslim)
  • “When a man marries, he has fulfilled half of his religion, so let him fear Allah as regards the remaining half.”
  • `The most awful among you are your bachelors.
  • “The whole world is pleasure, and the best pleasure of the world is the righteous woman.”

Hope this will be encouraging for all Muslims to avoid evils. InshaAllah

Idol Worship: Why Do The Muslims Worship, And Bow Down To The Kaaba In Their Prayer?

Kaaba is the house of Allah or the holiest place of worship and it is the Qibla or the direction that Muslims face during their prayers. There is the need of intellectual abilities to think that Muslims just face the Kaaba to offer their prayers but not bow to it. The purpose to face the Kaaba is the proof of the unity of all Muslims on one point that Allah is one and there is no one whom we worship except Allah. Quran Reading is the best habit if we try to develop it on our daily basis so surly we will come to know the realities of Islam and its rules.

“We see the turning of thy face (for guidance) to the heavens: now shall we turn thee to a Qibla that shall please thee. Turn then thy face in the direction of the holy Mosque: wherever ye are, turn your faces in that direction.”(2:144). you will be surprised to know that the Kaaba is in the center of the world and the credit goes to the Muslims who first draw the map of the world. As Muslims we need to clarify all the concepts that other religions have some doubts about. The purpose of performing Tawaaf round the Kaaba is to show the belief that there is only one GOD whom we worship at one platform.

The concept of kissing the black stone of Kaaba is the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that all Muslims follow during Tawaaf. Hazrat Umer (R.A) said that “I know that you are a stone and can neither benefit nor harm. Had I not seen the Prophet (pbuh) touching (and kissing) you, I would never have touched (and kissed) you”. In the prophet’s time people use to stand on the Kaaba to say Adaan, now there is a valid question that is at the same time is the best answer of their question is that which idol worshipper stand on the idol he worships. Focus on Quran Reading to avoid such ambiguous questions. Jazak Allah Khair

The Channels Of Zakat

Zakat is one of the most important pillars of Islam that helps to purify our wealth every year by giving the right part of wealth to the needy and poor people. Allah Almighty categorized the eligible persons of Zakat. Professional teachers in Online Quran program teach us about the five pillars of Islam and now days giving lecture on Zakat as the holy month Ramadan is near to come. The categories are eight that we will discuss one by one.

  • The poor is eligible to receive the amount of Zakat to fulfill his needs, the amount could be in the form of drinks, foods, housing, clothing or in term of cash.
  • The needy or called Miskeen who have more or less poverty then a poor man in all matters. Prophet (p.b.u.h) said that “The Miskeen is not the one who goes around among the people (begging) maybe receiving a crumb or two, and a date or two. Rather, the Miskeen is the one who does not have enough wealth to be enough him, however he does not let others know about it in order to be given donations and he does not stand and request people.” (Al-Bukhari)
  • The slaves or the new Muslims those don’t have sufficient wealth to satisfied their needs.
  • We can give Zakat to non-Muslims that they may convert to Islam.
  • To the person who can’t pay off the debt.
  • You can give the Zakat to the wayfarer who spent all the money in travel even if he is rich man in his town.
  • If you failed to find such kind of persons then give Zakat in the way of Allah.

All in all, pay it with the intention of paying due Zakat that is compulsory to pay. Online Quran also teach us that we should also prepare our goal to pay it solely for the sake of Allah with the honest intention as it is a state for the acceptance of every act or worship.

Scientific Association Between Quran And Bible

In the course of bible and holy Quran, if we glimpse then we may come across numerous points which become visible the same in both of them. By close analysis we may recognize that there is a differentiation of “chalk and cheese” (different from each other). You can differentiate both of them by doing Quran Reading and bible reading vice versa. At the same time you will differentiate between Christianity and Islam on the basis of historical details. We can realize the truth of both books scientifically.

The cosmos was created in six days as per Bible and each day was of 24 hours while Quran says that universe was created in six Ayyaams. Ayyaams is the plural of years so there are two meanings; the one is a standard period of twenty four hours and the secondly it means stages or age which have the long time period. So according to Quran it means that the heavens and earth were created in six long period of time and there is no hostility by scientists to this declaration. Thus the statement according to the Bible is proved wrong that the creation of universe was in six days as this process of creation has taken long time to complete.

According to the bible in chapter 1, verse 3-5 that the occurrence of day and night was created in the first day of universe creation. It is said in bible that the light mingling in the universe is because of stars compound effect. It is also proved unscientific and there are so many other proofs that we will discuss in other post Insha’Allah, till then you try to explore the last scripture by doing Quran Reading. Jazak Allah Khair.

Heaven Or Hell: Decision Is Up To Us

There are thousands of thousands ways to get heaven or hell. It’s up to you that what choice you have for yourself. Quran itself mentioned the ways that you can adopt for yourself to be the part of heaven or hell. We all need to focus ourselves towards Quran Learning. Here are some of the ways mentioned through which you can be the part of heaven.

  • Avoid Evils: There are some acts that are always considered wrong no matter what intention you have, no matter what circumstances are there that are called Mortal Sins, can condemn a person to hell. Other type of sins called Venial Sins that mean the sins that are not seriously wrong.
  • Repent, if you have done evil or bad deed: If you have done any actual mortal sin and you never repent in your whole life even once then surely you will get the fire of hell. So always repent seriously whenever you done the sin intentionally or UN intentionally. Get spiritual love of Allah Almighty if you want to be forgiven by Allah from the hell fire.
  • Do good always: If you have done anything wrong and at the same time you repent seriously before you die then surly Allah Almighty have the heaven for you. And at the same time if you have done some selfless good deeds, acts and love for others or for your neibours then surly you will go to the heavens. There are some of good selfless deeds that you may adopt: e.g. worship of Allah, helping needy people, and giving the knowledge of Islam to others for the sake of Allah.

So if you failed some time to perform good deeds then try again for some other goodness. Try to be sincere with your GOD, religion and moral truth.  Do well to every one without selfishness and repent if you have done anything wrong and avoid eternal death of hell. Do concentrate on Quran Learning to avoid hell fire. Allah Almighty is the greater merciful who is waiting f fulfill the heavens.

Islamic Inheritance for Male and Female Child

The rules of Islamic inheritance for the children are very clearly explained in the Holy Quran. The Muslims are allowed to deviate from anything written in the Holy Quran.

However, it is a very unfortunate fact that many Muslims do not follow the principles of Islam. Not adhering to the rules of the Islamic inheritance is regarded as an injustice by the Holy Quran. Injustice is highly disliked by the Allah Almighty.

For the sibling, the Holy Quran has described a very clear law of inheritance. Out of three, the brother will get two parts and the sister will get one part. However, people in our society seem to ignore this important rule. Some parents do not give the right of property/assets to their daughters, which is highly sinful.

On the other hand, some parents insist on dividing the assets equally among the male and female children. This is also highly sinful. Some parents deprive one of their children from their inheritance right saying that he or she is being disobedient. The parents must avoid this practice, as this too is a great sin.

The rules of the Holy Quran cannot be changed or played around. One should always pray that Allah give courage to all the parents to divide their inheritance strictly according to the principles of Islam.

TAFSEER OF QURAN AND ITS IMPORTANCE

(In the Name of Allah, the Most Magnificent, the Most Merciful)

We Muslims are blessed with a divine Book from Allah (SWT) and this is Full Of Knowledge And Information for the entire mankind to take advantage, understand, recite, follow and achieve the true rewards which our Lord has set for us.

However, we know that Quran was revealed in Arabic which is not understood by everyone, thus it required translation and explanation in different languages known as Tafseer. Following are some of the very translation in English from Quran (Quran Online for more information):

“We have sent down to you the book in truth that you may judge between men, as Allah guides you; so don’t be an advocate for those who betray their trust.” [al-Qur'an, 4:105]

“We have sent down to you the message that you may explain clearly to people what has been sent to them, and that they think over it.” [16:44]

“We sent down the Book to you for the express purpose that you should make clear to them those things in which they differ, and that it should be a guide and a mercy to those who believe.” [16:64]

This is why the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Know that I have been given the Qur’an and something like it” [Ahmad, Musnad, Vol. IV 131; Abu Dawood, Sunan, Sunnah, 5], namely the Sunnah. In fact, the Sunnah, too has been given to him through wahy (inspiration) as the Qur’an, except that it has not been recited to him as the Qur’an. Imam al-Shaafi`ee and other scholars have advanced a number of arguments in support of this point; but this is not the place to quote them. [For discussion see al-Shaafi`ee, al-Risaalah]

Quran:The book of Guidance

God Almighty accomplished the religion of His choice by blessing our Ummah with the greatest of all Prophets and Messengers of Allah, Muhammad (SAW), descending upon Him the greatest of all books, The Holy Quran, as narrated to us by Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in His Last Sermon:

O’ people! No Prophet would be raised after me and no new Ummah (would be formed) after you.

Quran OnlineAnd,

Verily I have left amongst you that which will never lead you astray, the Book of Allah, which if you hold fast you shall never go astray

Here, Quran is the holy book of Allah; Muhammad (SAW) is referring about. Thus Quran turns out to be the ultimate spring of guidance descended upon the mankind all through to the Judgment Day.

Not only this, Allah Himself glorifies the Holy Quran in Surah e Baqara as:

Al-Baqara [2:2] This is the book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah.

This leaves no room for argument or doubt in hearts and souls of true believers that Quran is the source to set hands on when searching for Allah’s guidance and blessings.

Those of us who believe in greatness of Quran and try to understand and follow the true teachings of God are definitely differentiated from the ones who don’t do so, as narrated in this verse:

Al-Baqara [2:78] And there are among them illiterates, who know not the book, but (see therein their own) desires, and they do nothing but conjecture.

So a true believer should always look for ways to please God Almighty and try to look for true guidance not elsewhere but The Holy Quran. LAILATUL-QADR – THE NIGHT OF DESTINY / POWER

(In the Name of Allah (SWT), Most Gracious, Most Merciful, all praise and thanks are due to Allah, Lord of the Realms and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger (SAWS) and upon all his family and companions)

Surat-ul-Qadr (97)(With English translation)

إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَـٰهُ فِى لَيۡلَةِ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ
We have indeed revealed this (Quran) in the Night of Power (al-Qadr): (1)
وَمَآ أَدۡرَٮٰكَ مَا لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ
And what will explain to you what the Night of Power is? (2)
لَيۡلَةُ ٱلۡقَدۡرِ خَيۡرٌ۬ مِّنۡ أَلۡفِ شَہۡرٍ۬
The Night of Power is better than a thousand months. (3)
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓٮِٕكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيہَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّہِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٍ۬
Therein descend the angels and the ruh (Jibrail) by Allah’s permission, on every errand: (4)
سَلَـٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطۡلَعِ ٱلۡفَجۡرِ
Peace!… This until the rise of dawn (5)

Without a doubt it is to say that this is the very night of which the glory cannot be matched with no other night and this is where one is to understand that this very night is better than 1000 months of worship and this is the night in which Allah (SWT) has laid importance to it and have offered great rewards for such preferred practices.

This is the night in which Allah (SWT) revealed the Greatest of His Book to Mankind on our Beloved Prophet (SAWS), The Quran and this is where you are to know that the blessings, mercy, forgiveness, prayers, worship, duas and acts / practices all are watched over and the rewards are there and then given. All you need is appropriate actions and intentions to make it happen.
