The truthfulness in conversation reflects quality of a single persons personality. The Muslim’s words must be devoid of half-truths and untruths, as it will tarnish life which is meant to flourish. According to hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas, Prophet Muhammad(P.B.U.H) said: “Whoever claims to have seen a dream which he did not see, will be ordered to make a knot between two barley grains which he will not be able to do; and if somebody listens to the talk of some people who do not like him (to listen) or they run away from him, then molten lead will be poured into his ears on the Day of Resurrection; and whoever makes a picture, will be punished on the Day of Resurrection and will be ordered to put a soul in that picture, which he will not be able to do.” (Bukhari: Volume 9 Book 87 Hadith 165)
Lying has become a common part of human relationships and people lie for lots of reasons. They might lie as part of the self-presentation or to present a much favorable image to others. People often lie to minimize the conflict, as lying makes the disagreement mush less obvious. On one hand, lying might serve some useful functions but it also damages the relationship as well.

1) Backbiting:

Backbiting means talking about your sister and brother in a way that they do not like, it can be talking about the character, family, actions, sayings or about the life or religion or talking evil about car or home. Backbiting is not at all allowed in the religion Islam, whether it is a rage or calm down, or complementing those who are present in making conversation with all of them or trying to encourage to speak to all others for fun.

2) One must avoid tale-bearing:

It is described as the act of transferring the conversation from one person to another, or from one group to another one, and from one tribe to another one alongwith the intention of causing the corruption and driving people into separation from each other. A person must not talk about what he observes and sees in people, unless and until there is some sort of benefit to any Muslim or the motive behind it is eliminating the evil.

3) Envying person to himself for his faith:

It involves wishing or desiring a person about removal of his brother from the religion of Islam. This is a sort of injustice by the person for envying a person to himself for his faith thus causing  concern and calamities for himself. This is also prohibited in the religion Islam.

Muhammad ibn Abdullah was a famous and well-known philosopher, reformer and orator. He is said to be the founder of religion Islam and also believed in the divine intervention. He used to pray in the Mount Hira and one day when he was mediating there, he had his first revelation. The Angel Gabriel came to him and commanded him to memorize a verse. The verse was about the praise of Lord and declared that man was created from a drop of blood. An Angel told him that he was the chosen messenger of Allah.

Muhammad spread “The Word” laid the foundation for the faith of religion Islam. These include the Almighty Allah, and surrendering to salvation that he is the messenger of Almighty Allah. The thoughts of Muhammad earned popularity in some certain tribes of Mecca. Muhammad migrated to Medina and established the constitution of Medina.

In Medina, Muhammad spread the message of peace and harmony that can conflict with various tribes. He spoke about the beliefs of Islam, rights of citizens and their duties that are applied to first Islamic nation. In the year 632, Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) became very ill and died. He was the last messenger of Almighty Allah.

* · Try to be gentle with your customers even if they piss you. It is stated in a Hadith: “Allah’s mercy descends on one who is gentle at the time of buying, selling, and requesting payment.”
* Learn from the companies like Amazon, Zappos and Nordstrom and listen to the sayings of your customer. Most of the times they are the biggest critics and you can improve through their criticism.
* Another important thing that you can do is to reward your customers. This is one of the most effective method for keeping the customer happy.

It is quite clear that people use dawah for inviting people to Islam and they always remember you by the ways how they treated you in the first impression. As Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran:

“Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided”. (16:125)

Jihad is an Arabic word and an Islamic term; it is the religious duty of each and every Muslim. In the Arabic language, word Jihad means “struggle”. Jihad appears almost 41 times in the Holy Quran. A person who is engaged in Jihad is known as Mujahid. Its plural is mujahedeen. Jihad is an important duty of each and every Muslim. Some Muslims regard it as the sixth pillar of Islam.

According to the dictionary of Islam, “Jihad is the religious war with those who are the non-believers and do not have faith in the mission of Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and it serves as a purpose of expanding the religion Islam and repelling the evil from the Muslims.” It is said by an orientalist that Jihad refers to the military meaning in most of the cases. In the western societies, term jihad is translated by the non-Muslims as the “Holy War”. Scholars of the Islamic studies focus on a point that all these words are not synonymous. Most of the Muslim authors reject this type of approach and stress on the non-militant connotations of word.

It is believed that most people in the West refer the word “Jihad” to terrorism. Unfortunately, most of the people fail to understand that this is a misconception. This concept is very much famous in anti-Islamic groups who portray the real picture of Islam in a very bad way. They also fail to realize that Islam is a religion of tranquility and peace. It does not promote terrorism and is very much understood in today’s world.
